To deposit Ethereum and ERC20 tokens, please update your app and get a new ETH or ERC20 deposit address by following these steps:
- Select Deposit
- Select Cryptocurrency
- Choose Cryptocurrency that you’d like to deposit
- ETH & ERC20 deposits are only accepted over the Ethereum network. Any deposit sent over a different network, may result in loss of funds.

What happens if I accidentally deposit crypto to the legacy address?
Legacy addresses will still receive deposits for the next 14 months.
From the 1st of April 2024, legacy addresses will not be supported, with no guarantee that the recovery will be possible.
How do I know if I’m using a new deposit address?
To ensure you're using a new deposit address, please always keep your app updated and follow the steps above.
If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please get in touch with Support.
