We’ve made some changes to our app
Say hello to the new CoinJar app for iOS and Android.
We’re excited to announce our latest major update to the CoinJar app!
If you haven’t done so already, head over to the App Store or Google Play Store and update to the latest version to experience the new and improved CoinJar app.
Gone are the days of slow loading sequences and missing data, this update has squashed those bugs and been optimised for a smoother experience. There’s a noticeable performance bump when browsing the app, especially for our Android users.
We recommend updating to the latest version as the earliest to experience the full suite of improvements.
A visual refresh
This update is the first part of an ongoing visual refresh we’re planning to roll out over the coming months.
Thanks to the feedback from our customers, in this update we were able to improve the user experience of using our app by decluttering the home page and relocating the action bar to the bottom for ease of access. Expect more features and visual changes to be introduced in the near future!
Give us a review
If you’re enjoying the new update, leave us a review on the App Store and Google Play Store, we very much appreciate it!

CoinJar’s digital currency exchange services are operated by CoinJar UK Limited (company number 8905988), registered by the Financial Conduct Authority as a Cryptoasset Exchange Provider and Custodian Wallet Provider in the United Kingdom under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017, as amended (Firm Reference No. 928767). Like all investments, cryptoassets carry risk. Due to the potential volatility of the cryptoasset markets, the value of your investments may fall significantly and lead to total loss. Cryptoassets are complex and are unregulated in the UK, and you are unable to access the Financial Service Compensation Scheme or the Financial Ombudsman Service. We use third party banking, safekeeping and payment providers, and the failure of any of these providers could also lead to a loss of your assets. We recommend you obtain financial advice before making a decision to use your credit card to purchase cryptoassets or to invest in cryptoassets. Capital Gains Tax may be payable on profits.
