Provide a breakdown of your cryptocurrency portfolio

50% BTC 30% LTC 10% ETH 10% ZEC/DGB/PPT/ETC/VERI/BNB

Do you invest in anything other than cryptocurrency?

Yes

What other things do you invest in apart from cryptocurrency?

Precious metals

What percent of your total investment portfolio is in cryptocurrency?

40%

How often do you check the price?

Every day

What have been your best and worst cryptocurrency investments?

BTC was by far the best. I’ve lost money on reckless day trading, and the price of Populous (PPT) gives me a heart attack sometimes, but in general the worst investments are those where you learn that those involved are not great people or leaders in the sector. To that extent I resent having had anything to do with EOS and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) both ABC and BSV

Have you ever bought or paid for anything with crypto?

Yes – general stuff like coffee, but nothing large yet. I am still working out the tax issues as I want to do everything above board

What are your most reliable sources for trading advice?

Trade Genius do great videos, Joe in general and Davinci. However, generally speaking you need to follow a wide variety of people on twitter to get the news from a broad range of sources such as Leigh Cuen, John Kim, Charlie Lee, Pierre Rochard, Nick Szabo, and Matt Odell

What is your favourite thing to spend money on?

Film, sport, books and food, I’m relatively simple like that

iPhone or Android? Why?

I waver in my allegiance. I will probably go back to Android soon though as I don’t trust Apple

Favourite tech gadget?

Trezor

What finance apps do you currently use?

No apps

Do you have any advice for people who want to start in cryptocurrency?

Understand blockchain first. Do an online short course (most are free) and know what the tech is before you listen to too many people about investments. Also, try to make your first investment into Bitcoin as it will help you to leverage everything else
