Meet the Team – Cade

It’s an exciting time to be with CoinJar.

The global Bitcoin community has experienced both highs and lows in the last few months. We believe it will continue to move from strength to strength.

I joined CoinJar as Creative Director two months ago. Since then, I’ve been working with each of our departments to help determine areas of improvement. The Merchant Team and I have spoken face to face with our business customers, we exhibited at Pause Festival and spoke with both CoinJar fans and those wanting to sign up. Where appropriate, I’ve even worked with the support team—listening to and analysing feedback from our customers.

The first steps of New CoinJar
From this feedback we created a CoinJar starter pack. It’s a plain English introduction to Bitcoin and a ‘How-to guide’ so you can get started on CoinJar right away. Designed as a keepsake or to be shared with others, this little project received an enthusiastic response at Pause Festival and other events. Soon, it will be available for everyone in Australia. It may seem like a modest start, but it’s the first chapter of what’s going to be an amazing, user-friendly year.

As the largest Bitcoin company in Australia, we won’t stand still. We’re making big improvements to our products. You’ll soon notice changes in the way things look and how you use them. CoinJar will be more transparent and easier to use. We’re also working hard to make CoinJar more accessible than ever on a wide variety of devices.

Keep an eye out over the next few months as we take the CoinJar you love and make it even better. As always, we want your input at every stage of this process. If you see something you love – or something you don’t – get in touch. We’re always open to feedback.

Cade.
